SDS performs health and safety Gap Analysis (Assessment) on your health and safety management system currently in place to determine any areas within the program which needs improvement in order to be COR ready. 

SDS will identify all documents which are missing or require improvement for your Certificate of Recognition (COR) and develop an action plan for their creation and implementation.

To prepare the client for an audit, a SDS consultant will conduct the Gap Assessment based on the Partnership and Safety (PIR) Audit Instrument. From the Gap Assessment, SDS will generate a professional report which details areas of compliance, areas of  improvements, and recommendations. This report can serve as a road map for improvement for any health and safety management system.

Once the Gap Assessment has been completed, SDS can provide assistance in developing and implementing a complete safety management system. This assistance will ensure any client is COR ready and compliant with current health and safety regulations. Furthermore, SDS can provide onsite assistance to clients during the external audit.
