Drilling & Completion Wellsite Supervisors

Selecting the right wellsite supervisors for drilling, completions, and workovers is vital to the operator.  Not having the right “company man” and “consultant” can cost the operator time, money, productivity, and reputation.  SDS understands the importance of competent supervision at the wellsite and ensures that its consultants meet the standards, requirements, and experience for this key role.

SDS has a pool of qualified wellsite supervisors based on experience, training, education, references, skills in leadership and supervision, safety management, well control, operational skills, and technical knowledge.  Earning trust and confidence of clients by providing qualified wellsite supervisors is supremely important to SDS.

SDS provides wellsite supervisors who are competent to direct and coordinate all employers at the wellsite to achieve the goals of the work planned by the operator and ensure compliance with legislation including Industry Recommended Practice (IRP).  Specific duties will vary depending on the work, but all work should be carried out in a safe manner.  Thus, SDS ensures all wellsite supervisors are fully ticketed and meeting the training requirements including:
